Cynthia Mencias
Cynthia Mencias, of Baguio City, Philippines, is a Marketing student with a strong interest in social issues, community engagement, and creative initiatives. She is passionate about exploring new opportunities, embracing growth, and using her skills to contribute meaningfully to the communities around her.
Mencias has experience serving as Associate Commissioner in Saint Louis University’s Commission on Audit, where she created official communication materials and supported efforts to promote transparency. She has also participated in sustainability projects, youth innovation initiatives, and outreach programs such as PROJECT HIRAYA. Through these experiences, she has developed skills in communication, event management, leadership, and community engagement while learning the importance of empathy and collaboration.
With a curiosity for learning and a passion for service, Mencias hopes to continue exploring new perspectives, supporting impactful initiatives, and building connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
She is a member of the Sea Dragons Gavel Club Public Relations Committee during the 2026–2027 program year.
