Runfeng Bruce Yu served as a member of the Course Group on the organizing team for Toastmasters District 118 Division I Club Officer Training 2026–2027, helping deliver a leadership training experience attended by nearly 100 club officers from 26 clubs. 
On June 29, 2026, Runfeng Bruce Yu was interviewed by Greg Gezin, host of the Toastmasters Podcast, in a one-hour chat, and the episode was published on the Toastmasters Podcast in August 2026, making him the youngest-ever interviewee in history. 
Runfeng Bruce Yu introduced Gavel Clubs and presented Sea Dragons Gavel Club at the Toastmasters District 118 Division A Opening Day 2025 alongside members from over 30 clubs across Division A and beyond.
